Growth Opportunities

Responsibilities

Build financial models, perform valuation and returns analysis, and drive processes related to potential investment opportunities, equity capital raises, asset monetizations, partnerships, and other strategic investment initiatives

Manage aggregation of business and industry intelligence to apply and improve decision making

Drive and execute critical corporate decisions, particularly related to returns, capital allocation, and investment strategy

Make recommendations to the Executive Team regarding the company’s strategic purpose based on data, including capital allocation outcomes and strategic planning

Prepare presentations for the Executive Team, Board of Directors, and other key stakeholders

Prepare materials for internal review and provide regular updates to the Board of Directors

Support the deal process from target identification and evaluation through closing

Manage modeling and support due diligence processes by coordinating interdepartmental tasks and evaluating future potential markets

Interact with key internal and external stakeholders to drive process and support broad Company initiatives

Ensure effective communication and collaboration across departments to facilitate strategic objectives

Handle additional duties as assigned by Management

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred

2-4 years of experience working in one of the following industries: investment banking, corporate development, private equity, or other M&A / capital markets advisory firm

Strong analytical mind and quantitative skillset, required

Executive presence and effective communication skills, required

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
