Responsibilities

Identifies, prioritizes, and manages the implementation of client-facing solutions

Promotes awareness and adoption of these solutions by actively engaging with colleagues across the firm

Evaluates tools, processes, and services that can enhance the delivery of client solutions, as well as lead proofs of concept or pilots as appropriate

Manages complex, multi-person projects, and timelines including defining scope, objectives, allocating resources and assigning responsibility, as well as monitor progress

Manages the day-to-day operations of the innovation solutions team, overseeing performance, mentoring, training, and career development

Ensures team compliance with firm policies and supports adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience

Minimum of 5 years of client service experience as well as project coordination and/or management experience

Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience that includes developing team members professionally

4-6 years designing and building extranet solutions or related work experience

Demonstrated expertise with SharePoint Online and collaboration tools

Skilled in using process automation platforms (PowerAutomate, NeotaLogic, document automation tools, etc.)

High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, and Excel)
