As the Senior Product Designer for Merchant Onboarding & Activation, you’ll define the user experience for merchants to discover DoorDash, onboard, and set themselves up for success.

Responsibilities
Lead the user experience of products end-to-end, including contributing to product strategy, running design sprints, creating visions, and establishing frameworks
Explore complex, ambiguous problem spaces, working with your team to understand the opportunity, and then chart a path forward
Push the creative boundaries of our merchant experiences with your design explorations through wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual design
Help merchants grow their businesses and improve the lives of millions of DoorDash customers every day
Design and ship high-quality product experiences
Qualification
Required
You have 6+ years of work experience
You distill complexity into intuitive experiences, considering every facet of the user journey
You're strategic. Using research, you balance user and business needs to achieve strong solutions, and envision the future you wish to create
You're a craftsperson. You care about elevating the experience, and sweat the details, pushing the boundaries of quality
You communicate complex topics in a concise way to stakeholders at all levels of the organization
You love to leverage quantitative data to form hypotheses that guide your design decisions
Preferred
You have service design experience, or have worked with Sales teams to collaboratively build products
