This role involves leading sales growth across the residential real estate sector, managing a small team, and engaging with real estate developers and property managers to drive adoption of fiber-speed Internet solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and coach a geographically distributed sales team
Identify, target, and engage multifamily building owners, property managers, and real estate developers to support market expansion
Conduct strategic outreach through email campaigns, phone calls, and in-person meetings
Develop and maintain strong, professional relationships with key stakeholders in the real estate sector
Build and nurture long-term business relationships that result in new service installations and renewals
Manage a robust pipeline of qualified sales opportunities and consistently exceed sales targets
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless service deployment and client satisfaction
Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote the brand and generate new leads

Required

Minimum 5 years of experience in telecommunications or technology sales, with proven success in prospecting, deal negotiation, and closing
Demonstrated leadership and motivational skills, including prior experience hiring, training, and managing a sales team
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities
Resilience and persistence — comfortable with high volumes of outreach and rejection cycles
Experience working directly with real estate executives, property managers, and development firms
Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and manage multiple priorities
Strong organizational and CRM management skills
