Responsibilities
Analyzes orders, identifies incompatible option content, and makes recommendations to dealers/customers
Coordinates with product engineers and dealers, as necessary, to resolve incompatibilities
Provides technical guidance for changes during pilot inspections and feedback related to technical information
Helps implement and coordinate new programs
Manage projects for continuous improvement initiatives
Performs other duties as assigned

Qualification
Required
High School diploma required
Demonstrate ability to effectively communicate technical data
Demonstrate high level of initiative and follow through
Strong desire to learn new roles and activities within department
Demonstrate and maintain high level of flexibility
Excellent interpersonal skills
Must be detail oriented
Must be capable of multi-tasking
Preferred
Two year technical degree or equivalent experience in heavy equipment machinery or commercial vehicle equipment
Two years of PACCAR experience is preferred
Demonstrated ability to understand complex tasks
Familiarity of CICS system
Proficient with Windows systems
