Coordinate the training and development of all store employees in accordance with division, company and government policies/procedures
Manage turnover and retention
Support all store associates with business retention initiatives and Customer 1st strategies
Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety
