Responsibilities

Reviewing, drafting and negotiating a variety of agreements

The development of templates, policies and procedures and other aspects of legal operations

Dispute resolution and litigation

Identifying legal and business risks and providing strategic, practical and creative legal and business advice

A variety of projects, as needed, including corporate governance, IP, marketing reviews, data privacy, product counseling, employment and more

Required

Law student from a nationally-accredited US law school

Good judgment, strong ethics, and a kind heart

Confident self-starter

Independent worker, with the ability to escalate issues appropriately and effectively

Excellent writing and verbal communication skills

Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm under challenging circumstances

Ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously, with effective resolution of conflicting priorities

A passion for GoFundMe's mission while being a genuine GoFundMe ambassador who amplifies GoFundMe's culture in all communications and interactions
