Responsibilities
Review and integrate all application requirements, including functional, security, integration, performance, quality and operations requirements
Review and integrate the technical architecture requirements
Provide input into final decisions regarding hardware, network products, system software and security
Collaborates with Functional team to determine how best to implement solution (decisions around declarative vs programmatic vs AppExchange, etc)
Escalation Point for technical issues
Solution components that are outside of the ServiceNow platform
End to End Technical Solution
Qualification
Required
5 years of relevant experience in Technical Lead role leading ServiceNow implementations
Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA)
Understanding and knowledge of system development life cycle methodologies (such as Waterfall or Agile)
Active TS/SCI is required
Preferred
Additional ServiceNow certification
SAFe/Agile certification
Implementations in cloud environments
