Responsibilities
Ensure accurate and timely accounting in compliance with established accounting principles and deadlines
Perform account reconciliations, including general ledger and bank accounts, and process necessary adjustments
Investigate and resolve customer queries in a professional and timely manner
Prepare and post general ledger entries, ensuring proper documentation and accuracy
Maintain effective communication with customers via phone, email, or in person
Conduct research and financial analysis to support decision-making and reporting
Prepare and analyze reports using Excel to track financial performance
Manage fixed asset accounting, including recording, depreciation, and reconciliation
Perform additional accounting and administrative duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
Excel proficiency with VLOOKUP and PivotTables
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work
Strong planning, organizing, scheduling, and monitoring skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Effective problem-solving and analytical abilities
Ability to handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality
