Responsibilities

Support the Head of Product in developing and executing the multi-year roadmap for Zayo’s Metro Dark Fiber portfolio
Translate strategy into actionable deliverables, tracking progress and ensuring alignment across engineering, operations, and GTM teams
Conduct competitive and market analysis to inform positioning, pricing strategy, and go-to-market decisions
Build and maintain financial models to assess ROI, margin impacts, pricing strategies, and portfolio optimization
Partner with finance and leadership to deliver accurate forecasting, P&L reporting, and variance analysis
Track and analyze product performance metrics—including revenue, bookings, churn, and operational efficiency—and provide recommendations to leadership
Work closely with engineering and operations to improve delivery timelines, cost structures, and scalability across the Metro Dark Fiber network
Partner with sales enablement to package offerings and create tools that improve market adoption and competitive positioning
Contribute to monthly and quarterly executive reporting, synthesizing product KPIs and business insights

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field, required; MBA or advanced degree a plus
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in product management, business operations, or finance; experience in telecom, networking, or infrastructure strongly preferred
Strong financial acumen with the ability to build and analyze complex models for pricing, ROI, and investment scenarios
Comfort managing both operational detail and strategic priorities in a capital-intensive, cross-functional environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience preparing executive-level reporting
