Responsibilities

Provide technical and planning support to Operations
Evaluate processes related to time, cost reduction and inventory control
Lead or assist continuous improvement efforts, such as root cause failure analysis
Assist design engineers with drawing layout and completion
Participate in new product design reviews, providing early identification of planning or manufacturability issues
Draw organization and file for as built facility drawings
Work with the Facilities Manager and other manufacturing support groups daily to complete projects on the site
Present designs and results at company internal design reviews
Create/update engineering-related project documentation/data
Create technical documentation

Required

Pursuing a bachelor's degree in industrial or mechanical engineering
Minimum GPA of 3.0
Complete Sophomore year of college
Proficient using hand tools
