Temporary Salesforce CRM Project Manager and Administrator
Phillips Academy seeks an experienced CRM Project Manager and Administrator for a temporary, two-year assignment to lead the implementation of Salesforce for the Office of Academy Resources (OAR). This role involves managing a comprehensive CRM transition to support fundraising and engagement goals while collaborating with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Lead the implementation of Salesforce for the Office of Academy Resources (OAR)
Act as the primary liaison between OAR and external consultants/implementation partners
Develop processes, drive execution, track progress, and conduct post-project evaluations
Launch a Salesforce Marketing Cloud instance and ensure that the CRM system supports the Academy’s long-term strategic objectives
Focus on stabilization, training, and long-term user adoption after the Go-Live phase
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
2-4 years of experience as a Salesforce Application Administrator
2-4 years of experience managing projects
Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Experience with SQL/SOQL
Preferred
Experience in nonprofit fundraising, preferably in an educational environment
Experience as part of a Salesforce implementation project
Experience with Kindsight's ascend Salesforce solution
PMI-certified Project Management Professional
Certified Salesforce Administrator or Certified Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist
