Business Development Director
Amiseq is a dynamic tech partner helping clients harness cutting‑edge technology to meet tomorrow’s challenges today. The Business Development Director will lead strategic initiatives to expand Amiseq’s footprint across key industries in the East Coast, driving revenue growth through innovative sales strategies and high-level client engagement.
Responsibilities
Own and grow high-value enterprise accounts, ensuring consistent revenue growth across geographies
Develop and execute account strategies tailored to client business objectives
Serve as the trusted advisor to client executives, fostering long-term partnerships
Identify and drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities across service towers
Collaborate with delivery, recruiting, and technical teams to ensure client satisfaction
Lead quarterly business reviews and strategic planning sessions with clients
Monitor account health, performance, and profitability
Qualification
Required
10–12 years of experience in enterprise sales or business development; experience of running at least $7–10M revenue quota; consistent track record of selling project business
Experience in Pharma & BFSI
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus
Experience with dual shore delivery models
Excellent relationship-building, strategic thinking, and negotiation skills
High emotional maturity, executive presence, and a hands-on leadership style
