Responsibilities

Leading or supporting experimental campaigns on Z-pinch fusion devices
Designing and fielding plasma diagnostics (e.g., Thomson scattering, interferometry, spectroscopy, magnetics, neutronics)
Analyzing experimental and computational data, including error propagation and interpretation
Publishing and presenting scientific results
Collaborating with engineering teams on system integration and experimental setups

Required

Strong foundation in plasma physics or related fields
