NEOGOV is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to oversee and administer the activities of the Human Resources and Organizational Development sections. The role involves managing daily HR functions such as recruitment, benefits administration, and enforcing company policies.

Responsibilities

Run the daily functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, benefits, leaves, and enforcing company policies and practices
Responsible for the overall administration, coordination and evaluation of the human resources functions of the organization
Perform routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to recruitment, benefits, and leave
Handle disciplinary matters, disputes and investigations
Manage performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, morale, training and development

Required

Graduation from an accredited college or university with an Associate's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Public Administration, or a related field
Three (3) years of progressively responsible professional experience in the full scope of human resources activities
An equivalent combination of related training and experience to education
Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Public Administration, or a related field, and one (1) year of progressively responsible professional experience in the full scope of human resources activities
Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Public Administration, or a related field, and may substitute for the required experience
Graduation from high school or possession of a GED, and five (5) years of progressively responsible professional experience in the full scope of human resources activities
Any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that provides the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the essential functions of the position

Preferred

Minimum of two (2) years of Human Resources experience
