They are seeking an MRI Technologist to perform MRI services under the direction of the Manager and in collaboration with radiologists, ensuring quality patient care and adherence to accepted standards of practice.

Responsibilities

Under the direction of the Manager and in association with the radiologists, the MRI technologist conducts themselves in a professional manner, responding to patient needs and supporting their colleagues and associates in providing quality patient care

The technologist performs services in accordance to an accepted standard of practice

The MRI technologist must be able to work independently in that department

Qualification

MRI accreditationARRT(MR) certificationARMRIT certificationFL Certified Radiologic TechnologistEnglish proficiency

Required

Must be a graduate of an MRI accredited school or a graduate of an accredited radiology School

If the individual has FL Certified Radiologic Technologist (General Radiographer qualifications) license, ARRT(MR) or ARMRIT certification is required within 1 year of hire

If the individual does not have FL Certified Radiologic Technologist (General Radiographer qualifications) license, ARRT(MR) or ARMRIT certification is required - BLS

Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
