Saas Sales Development Representative
MOHR Talent is a fast-growing leader in healthcare technology, seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to join their high-performing team. The role focuses on supporting the outside sales team by identifying and qualifying leads, generating interest, and setting appointments in the healthcare and technology sectors.

Responsibilities
Make outbound calls daily to medical and dental practices, introducing them to innovative digital payment solutions
Collaborate with Field Sales team members to create tailored outreach strategies
Share compelling marketing and educational resources to build trust and drive engagement
Track metrics like appointments set, call quality, and conversion rates to continuously improve outcomes
Nurture existing relationships and promote referrals from current clients
Qualification
Required
1+ years of phone-based sales or prospecting experience
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Organized, self-driven, and confident managing your daily outreach goals
Comfortable using CRM and sales tools (Salesforce is a plus)
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
Bonus if you've sold into the healthcare, financial, or tech space before!
