Responsibilities

Assist in project scheduling, management, and cost estimation
Identify and implement projects supporting Titan America's goals
Support all phases of the project lifecycle, including design, costing, engineering, installation, and supervision
Gather engineering data for financial analysis preparation
Adapt to a dynamic work environment and occasional travel requirements
Demonstrate leadership and effective communication skills
Utilize experience with planning, scheduling, and data analyzing systems
Engage in product development through market analysis and strategic planning
Utilize CAD software for design and drafting tasks
Apply project management skills
Uphold Titan America's values of integrity, excellence, and sustainability
Safety-conscious with a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment

Required

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline
Proficient analytical skills for data interpretation and decision-making
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
Strong proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, MS Project)
Proactive problem-solving mindset with a strong work ethic

Preferred

Previous internship or work experience in engineering or business development
