Responsibilities
Own and manage critical eCommerce programs with significant cross-functional visibility and impact
Facilitate key Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and PI planning events
Coordinate deliverables, manage cross-team dependencies, and track key program milestones
Report on program health, proactively manage risks and issues, and communicate progress to executive leadership
Develop and maintain program dashboards, roadmaps, and comprehensive stakeholder communication plans
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in program management, leading enterprise-level technical or transformation initiatives
Deep, practical understanding of Agile and SAFe frameworks, and the full product development lifecycle
Proven success managing multiple, concurrent technical workstreams in a fast-paced environment
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
Must be a U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, Green Card Holder, or possess an active EAD (such as GC-EAD, H4-EAD)
Preferred
Preferred certifications: PMP, CSM, or SAFe
