Responsibilities
Daily Course Setup: Cup cutting, tee/green/approach maintenance, bunker grooming
Equipment Operation: Mowing, rolling, aerification, and use of specialized turf equipment
Irrigation Management: Hand watering, system inspections, troubleshooting
Fertility & Pest Management: Calibration, application, and monitoring of turf health
Project Work: Course renovations, landscaping, drainage, and construction projects
Team Leadership Exposure: Shadowing supervisors, learning crew management, scheduling, and communication skills
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in a Turfgrass Management, Agronomy, Horticulture, or related program
Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn
Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
