Responsibilities
Define and prioritize product features and roadmap for AI and automation platforms
Partner with engineering to design and scale multi-agent systems, LLM workflows, and integration frameworks
Translate technical concepts (e.g., Model Context Protocols, vector databases, retrieval-augmented generation) into clear user value
Work directly with enterprise clients to identify needs, define use cases, and ensure successful adoption
Collaborate with design, data, and infrastructure teams to build secure, efficient, and user-friendly experiences
Track product performance, usage metrics, and feedback to drive continuous improvement and innovation
Qualification
Required
8–12 years of Product Management experience, preferably in SaaS or platform-based products
Strong understanding of LLMs, Agentic AI architectures, and modern AI development workflows
Familiarity with cloud platforms, API orchestration, and identity/security frameworks (e.g., OAuth2, SSO)
Experience working with engineering, design, and enterprise stakeholders in agile environments
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Background in AI platforms, automation, or data-driven enterprise software
Exposure to LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or similar orchestration frameworks
Proven ability to connect technical depth with strategic business outcomes
