Responsibilities
Build and own the business – Drive growth and adoption of some of our top priority projects
Business development – Develop and foster deep relationships with top priority merchant partners to iterate and grow the business. Key Merchant point of contact within the Strategy & Ops team
Go-to-market strategy – Build a strong understanding of product market fit, value proposition, pricing, and the competitive landscape, and help the team develop a go-to-market strategy based on these inputs. Grow a high-potential offering within a high-growth business
Improve the product – Guide operational improvements for our merchant partners by understanding their needs and working with internal partners to design solutions throughout the product experience. Steer the Commerce Platform product roadmap informed by quantitative analysis and qualitative merchant feedback
Influence – Work cross-functionally with our Product, Engineering, Finance, Analytics, Support, Sales and Account Management teams to drive growth and scale
Experiment – Evaluate and test various revenue, cost and quality drivers
Qualification
Required
You have a Bachelor's degree or higher
You have 3+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, or operations; high-growth/early-stage startup or entrepreneurial experience is a big plus
Your expert communication and interpersonal skills set you apart
You are a strong analytical thinker who can provide applicable recommendations out of a complex, sometimes murky, dataset
You have a bias towards action and are able to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing work environment
Your charisma allows you to excel at connecting with Merchants and internal teams to promote products and drive adoption
You crave responsibility and want to shape the vision and direction of the company
You're willing to get your hands dirty and you're open to feedback
You're excellent at motivating potential partners to see the benefits DoorDash Commerce Platform will bring to their business
Must be comfortable regularly exercising discretion and independent judgment in performing job duties, including evaluating options, making informed decisions, and determining appropriate courses of action within the scope of assigned responsibilities
