Responsibilities

Design and lead the architectural development of AI systems, including model selection, training pipelines, inference strategies, and deployment infrastructure

Architect agent orchestration solutions aligned with customer requirements, ensuring timely implementation and delivery

Develop resilient, scalable, and high-performance platform and tools to support product evolution and seamless production deployment

Engage directly with customers, both internal and external, to understand their needs, gather feedback on Agentic AI product features, and present solution deliverables. Translate customer requirements into technical specifications for Agentic AI systems

Work cross-functionally with AI research scientists to bridge the gap between cutting-edge research and the product. Collaborate with engineers to ensure optimal data pipelines for agent / model usage. Partner with product managers to understand requirements and deliver impactful AI features

Optimize the platform and infrastructure for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency

Establish and enforce best practices for code quality, model versioning, experimentation tracking, and FinOps, TechOps, MLOps, AIOps for Agentic AI

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior AI engineers and researchers

Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI research and actively explore new techniques and tools to enhance our capabilities

Create comprehensive technical documentation for architectures, models, and processes

12+ years of experience

Deep understanding of various AI techniques

Strong software engineering skills
