They are seeking a Government Loan Setup Associate to support sales, processing, and underwriting teams with government loan products, facilitating data extraction and maintaining organized reporting for a seamless borrower experience.

Responsibilities

Order FHA Case Assignments, CAIVRS, Case Queries, MIP payment histories, and Refinance Authorizations through FHA Connection

Complete FHA/VA case transfer requests

Order VA Appraisals (LIN) and Certificates of Eligibility (COE) through the VA WebLGY portal

Maintain organized reporting to ensure all borrowers clear FHA holds and track required documentation

Update FHA Connection and WebLGY with necessary case assignments and changes

Process VA appraisal invoices and ensure timely payment requests are submitted to Accounts Payable

Request VA appraisal reinspection’s as necessary

Ensure VA appraisals are assigned and reviewed within mandated government timelines

Act as a liaison between Sales and Processing teams, highlighting missing documentation to move loans forward efficiently

Required

Prior experience in mortgage loan setup or loan administration is a plus

Detail-oriented, self-starter with a desire to learn about government loans

Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

Strong written, verbal communication, and organizational skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Comfortable using cutting-edge technology

Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel

U.S.-based position with a valid Social Security number (required for access to government websites)
