Prepare and file patent applications with the USPTO

Conduct patent prosecution, including responding to office actions and preparing amendment documents

Perform due diligence investigations on patents and related intellectual property

Assist clients in identifying and protecting their inventions and intellectual property rights

Work closely with inventors and clients to gather necessary information for patent applications

Monitor and analyze relevant patent landscapes and trends in engineering disciplines

Support the development of intellectual property strategies and policies
