Assist physical therapists in preparing treatment areas and equipment
Provide a positive and encouraging environment for patients
Learn to properly position and transfer patients
Observe patient progress and report any concerns to the therapist
Maintain a clean and organized clinic environment
Perform clerical tasks as needed, such as stocking supplies
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong work ethic and desire to learn
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Compassionate and patient-focused approach
Preferred
Prior experience as a Physical Therapy Aide/Tech is a plus
