Responsibilities
Lead a team of talented software engineers and ensure quality engineering support to programs, IRADs and new business pursuits
Provide functional leadership to the team in a strong engineering organization, collaborating with peers across multiple organizations
Demonstrate strong leadership skills to achieve sustainable top performance
Develop and maintain good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Participate in engineering activities related to the Intelligence, Systems, Infrastructure, Tools & Enhancements (InSITE) Program and other relevant programs
Qualification
Required
Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Computer Science or other STEM discipline with 5+ years of relevant experience in engineering development projects or Master's degree with 3+ years of relevant experience in engineering development projects
An active Secret Security Clearance with the ability to obtain a Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmentalized Information (SCI) clearance
Experience in managing the implementation and delivery of sophisticated engineering solutions in support of Government customers
Previous experience in people and/or technical leadership roles
Must have 85% coverage on an existing direct program OR qualify for an open Northrop Grumman requisition at Beavercreek or WPAFB for a technical engineering role
Preferred
Active TS/SCI Security Clearance
Experience leading a team in the Engineering department of a matrix-like organization
Experience leading engineering teams using Agile processes and continuous integration / continuous deployment processes and tools
Knowledge of AFRL/RI contracting process and procedures
Experience working with National Air Space Intelligence Center (NASIC), National Space Intelligence Center (NSIC), Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL), Air Combat Command (ACC) or Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA)
Experience working with multiple subcontractors concurrently
