Responsibilities
Develop and manage relationships with institutional clients including hedge funds, asset managers, CTAs, pension funds, insurers and proprietary trading groups
Act as a trusted advisor and client advocate, providing differentiated market color, insights on execution strategies, liquidity trends and market structure
Partner with clients to identify and execute opportunities across multi-asset class global futures and listed options
Cross-sell the firm’s capabilities within Prime Services, Capital Markets, Research, and Data & Analytics
Provide best-in-class execution across global listed derivatives, leveraging electronic, voice and hybrid execution channels to meet client needs
Manage daily order flow and risk associated with client execution
Collaborate with internal colleagues across sales, trading and research to identify trade opportunities, source liquidity and deliver actionable solutions to clients
Identify and drive new revenue opportunities within the ETD execution business
Collaborate with clearing, prime services and capital markets teams to broaden client engagement and deliver the firm
Contribute to the design and rollout of various marketing initiatives to raise the firm’s profile in listed derivatives
Mentor junior team members and contribute to a high-performance culture
Provide input into strategic initiatives to improve infrastructure, scalability, product offering and service
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience in listed derivatives sales & trading, with a proven track record of client engagement and revenue generation
Deep knowledge of cross-asset futures & options markets, execution strategies, and competitive landscape
Strong client network across hedge funds, asset managers, and institutional investors
Excellent commercial instincts with the ability to proactively identify and convert new business opportunities
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts clearly
Strict adherence to both regulatory and internal compliance rules and operational procedures
FINRA Series 3, 7/SIE, 63 required. Series 57 a plus
Experience with Fidessa a plus
Preferred
Background in fixed income markets preferred
