Responsibilities
Assisting with the development of product development training materials to support the onboarding of new quality representatives
Collaborating with department (QA) and cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., R&D, regulatory, manufacturing) to support quality initiatives and process improvements
Attend department meetings
Engaging in training sessions and team meetings to learn about product development quality systems and regulatory compliance
Create a proposal for endorsement and an implementation plan for the new training material proposals
Work in the training system to develop and design new training materials
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in university, pursuing a Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, pharmaceutical sciences, life sciences (e.g. biology, biochemistry), bioengineering, biomedical engineering, public health, health sciences, biomedical sciences, or other related degree
Must be enrolled in university for at least one semester following the internship
Expected graduation date between December 2026 – June 2027
Preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills for reporting, collaborating, and presenting information
