InternSemiAnalysis is an independent research and analysis firm specializing in the Semiconductor and AI industries. They are seeking a highly motivated Research Intern to work closely with their Singapore-based research team, learning fundamental research methodologies and gaining hands-on experience in financial modeling and market research.

Responsibilities
Learn basic financial analysis and modeling techniques through structured training and hands-on practice
Assist with research tasks including data collection, market analysis, and industry trend monitoring
Help track and organize information from earnings calls, press releases, and industry publications
Support the team in preparing presentations, reports, and research materials
Participate in team meetings and client calls to observe professional research practices
Complete assigned projects that contribute to ongoing research while developing your analytical skills
Engage in regular feedback sessions and professional development activities
Qualification
Required
Currently studying for an undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science or another relevant technical field
Basic understanding of financial concepts and eagerness to learn financial modeling techniques
Strong academic performance with demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills
Solid research and analytical skills with the ability to gather information from multiple sources
Proficient in Excel and comfortable learning new software tools
Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
Self-motivated learner who can take direction and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrates the highest degree of integrity and transparency
Proficiency in English is a must
Preferred
Any experience with Python, financial modeling, or data analysis is a plus but not required
Familiarity with PowerPoint or similar presentation software preferred
Additional languages are a plus
Previous internship experience in finance, technology, or research is beneficial but not mandatory
Demonstrated interest in semiconductors, AI, or technology sectors through coursework, projects, or personal interest
