In this role, the Account Manager will manage key client relationships, develop new business opportunities, and ensure clients receive the best possible service and staffing solutions.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing client accounts to understand their staffing needs and business goals

Identify new business opportunities within current accounts and develop new client partnerships

Collaborate with recruiting teams to ensure qualified candidates are matched effectively with client needs

Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and service agreements

Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and feedback

Track sales activity, client interactions, and job orders in CRM or ATS systems

Attend client meetings, networking events, and job fairs as needed to promote company services

Deliver exceptional customer service that builds long-term client trust and loyalty

Required

2+ years of experience in account management, staffing, recruiting, or sales

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/ATS systems

Preferred

Experience working with government or military clients a plus
