Responsibilities
Support Project Directors & Senior Consultants to deliver analysis and strategic plans for the adoption of robotics & intelligent systems in dynamic environments
Support the development and refinement of strategic plans by performing research and analysis on market trends, competitive landscapes, and internal capabilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights in support of strategic initiatives
Prepare executive-level presentations and strategic planning documents that summarize key findings and recommendations
Track and report on progress against strategic objectives and KPIs
Participate in the development of business cases and financial models
Assist in facilitating strategic planning sessions and workshops
Stay informed on industry developments and share insights with relevant stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Strategy, or a related field
3+ years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, corporate development, or business analysis
Solid understanding of strategy frameworks and market research techniques
Proficiency in analytical tools such as Excel and basic modeling; familiarity with visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially in developing slides and reports
Ability to distill complex data into clear, actionable insights
Organized and detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving capabilities
Preferred
Experience working in cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment preferred
