Parkview Health is seeking an Information Services Intern to support their IT team at Parkview Hospital Randallia. The intern will assist with technical support, system maintenance, and various technology-related tasks, gaining hands-on experience in IT operations and foundational skills for a future career in the field.

Responsibilities

Assisting with technical support, system maintenance, and other technology-related tasks
Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
Responding to service requests
Supporting end-users with technology needs
Assisting with server and network maintenance to ensure optimal system performance
Installing and updating software applications in compliance with organizational standards
Participating in projects such as hardware replacement and upgrades for existing Windows 10 devices and Wyse Terminals
Supporting other technology and infrastructure improvement initiatives

Required

Must be a current undergraduate college student or graduate college student
GPA of 3.0 or above
