Qualification
Required
5 – 7 years professional experience in a Process Management or Operations Management function
A strong understanding of the importance of defined workstreams and their aggregation into policies, procedures and successful outcomes
Ability to administer and enforce the adherence to defined processes and structure, internally and externally, enabling consistency in project execution, reporting, and outcome at the portfolio level
Must be able to work independently and simultaneously analyze and synthesize quantitative data at the Project, Fund, and Enterprise levels, requiring a sound understanding of accounting practices
Possess advanced verbal & written communication skills and a positive attitude, with keen attention to detail, demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and strong organization and presentation skills
To perform the duties of this job, an individual must be able to read, write, understand and communicate effectively using the English Language
The employee is regularly required to enter information into a computer
The employee is regularly required to sit for long periods (3-4 hours at a time)
The employee is frequently required to use hands for typing, 10-key operation, telephone dialing, or controls
Must be able to talk and hear
