Responsibilities
Oversee externally produced fund accounts and investor reporting, managing administrators and reviewing NAVs, capital statements and fee calculations
Support portfolio monitoring and fund analytics, maintaining accurate data across investments and preparing internal performance reporting
Lead seasonal fund audits, coordinating with external auditors and administrators to ensure timely delivery of financials
Act as a key contact for investor queries and information requests
Supervise and mentor junior team members
Drive process improvements and system enhancements across the finance function
Qualification
Required
Circa 5–8 years' total experience, this could include starting in audit before moving into private equity fund accounting/fund control
Candidates must have the right to work in the US
Preferred
Supervisory/managerial responsibility is a nice to have
Strong Excel with working knowledge of modelling and data tools
Python/SQL a plus
