They are seeking a Backend Developer (Python-Focused) to design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs, optimize data workflows, and contribute to rapid MVP development.

Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Python
Build and integrate with RESTful and GraphQL APIs
Work with both NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB) and relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL)
Deploy and manage services on AWS, especially Lambda and API Gateway
Collaborate on building rapid MVPs using modern tooling and AI code assistants
Contribute ideas for architecture, automation, and workflow improvements
Proactively test, debug, and deliver reliable backend code
Qualification
Required
Strong Python development experience
Solid understanding of both NoSQL and SQL databases
API integration expertise (REST and/or GraphQL)
Preferred
AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, S3, etc.)
Exposure to Node.js and/or Java
Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., code generation, agentic AI, RAG)
Experience building quick prototypes or MVPs using automation or AI-enhanced workflows
