Ensure the efficient and accurate labeling of our high-quality products
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in a leadership role in a production or manufacturing environment
Knowledge of production procedures and machinery (labeling processes)
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and solve problems effectively
Ability to enforce safety and sanitation regulations
Familiarity with the organic and natural health and beauty industry is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be able to pass drug screen and background check
Preferred
Experience in natural and organic product industry
