Responsibilities

Lead and mentor the maintenance team with a focus on safety, efficiency, and collaboration
Manage preventive and corrective maintenance programs to ensure equipment uptime
Support production with on-the-floor troubleshooting and process improvement
Partner with operations and warehousing to support lean manufacturing initiatives
Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed
Assist with engineering projects, installations, and continuous improvement efforts

Required

A 'can-do' attitude and the ability to lead by example
