Proven Sales and Service Experience: Ideal candidates may come retail sales, hospitality (bartenders, waitstaff, hotel management), or call center backgrounds

Recent Graduates and College Athletes: Recent college graduates and college athletes are encouraged to apply. Bring your fresh ideas and passion for an entrepreneurial career—no prior mortgage experience is necessary!

Commitment to Integrity: We look for candidates who believe in honesty and clear communication with clients and partners

No prior mortgage experience required

Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent

Obtain NMLS individual loan originator license by passing the SAFE MLO Test

Successfully pass a federal background check

Willingness to commute daily (M-F) to our Dayton, Cincinnati, or Columbus offices
