Responsibilities

Support the Information Technology teams in maintaining hardware, software, systems, and applications

Assist with troubleshooting issues and provide technical support

Shadow the Agile development group and participate in core ceremonies

Lend support in various areas of IT such as cybersecurity, software development, quality assurance, and business analytics

Required

Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program for Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or a comparable field of study

Must have reliable transportation to the office in Lenexa, KS

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Ability to learn new job skills by engaging in the technical aspects of the job and applying new skills as they are taught

Displays excellent customer service skills

Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Ability to multitask
