Marubeni America Corporation is a global trading company seeking an Administration Coordinator in Risk Management. The role involves providing administrative support, maintaining credit limits, processing reports and applications, and managing office supplies.

Responsibilities
Assists in maintaining MAC’s and group companies’ credit limits
Receives and processes D&B report requests
Provides assistance to credit analysts. Processes credit limit applications
Maintains accounts in MOCA (SAP)
Writes payment and receipt instructions to be processed by check, Automated Clearing House or Mutual Account (system between MAC and MC Tokyo that allows payments to be made and received)
Create debit notes to subsidiaries for C/L application processing fees and D&B report fees, and collects payments by I-notes and email
Performs filing
Orders and maintains office supplies
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree in business-related field, or equivalent experience required
One – two years related experience
Requires knowledge of bookkeeping and SAP
Requires excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be able to work in a multi-cultural business environment
Requires excellent Microsoft Excel and Word skills
