Strategic Integration: Aligning the acquired company with the acquiring company's strategic goals
Cultural Integration: Addressing cultural differences to foster a unified organizational culture
Operational Alignment: Integrating business processes, systems, and supply chains
Synergy Realization: Identifying and capturing cost savings and revenue growth opportunities
Change Management: Managing the human aspects of integration, including communication and employee engagement
Qualification
Required
Prior background in consulting, investment banking, or operational leadership including hands-on deal experience
History of successfully completing high level, end-to-end negotiations
Very strong analytical and communication skills
Ability to build and maintain a network of senior level relationships to facilitate strategic initiatives and successful post-merger integration
Experience aligning and driving cross-functional groups
Exhibits excellent judgment
Has high standards
Thinks strategically but stays on top of tactical execution
Results oriented
Bachelor's degree, and/or MBA preferred
7+ years of technology business or corporate development experience in a corporate or financial services environment
