Law Practice

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of Case Managers and Case Manager Assistants to ensure proper case handling from intake to settlement
Review compelling demand letters for high-value injury cases
Conduct meetings with clients to assess claims and provide legal guidance
Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and advocate for policy limits
Maintain consistent communication with clients to provide updates and answer questions
Work closely with the Litigation Team to prepare cases for trial when necessary
Conduct regular audits of pre-litigation cases to ensure quality and compliance
Collaborate on case strategy, medical management, and valuation to maximize outcomes

Qualification

Required

1–3 years of experience practicing in personal injury law (plaintiff-side preferred)
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Active membership and good standing with the California State Bar

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Ability to manage a high-volume caseload with attention to detail and efficiency
Client-focused mindset with empathy and professionalism
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize competing deadlines
Team-oriented with a collaborative spirit, while also capable of working independently
