Responsibilities

Identify and research potential partners aligned with Liberis’ strategic goals
Initiate outreach and manage first-level conversations with prospective partners
Proactively generate leads and build a robust pipeline through research, networking, and event participation
Qualify inbound and outbound partnership opportunities, conducting initial vetting to assess fit and potential value
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and introductory materials to external parties
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., Product, Legal, Partnerships) to ensure smooth handover of qualified opportunities
Maintain accurate records of pipeline activity and partner interactions in CRM systems
Support the negotiation of partnership terms and assist in onboarding new partners as needed
Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments
Develop tailored proposals and pitch materials for prospective partners
Support commercial negotiations and assist with structuring partnership agreements
Track and report on business development activities, ensuring accurate pipeline management and performance analysis
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance business development effectiveness

Required

5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or a related commercial role
Experience in fintech, SaaS, or financial services industries

Experience conducting initial vetting and qualification of business opportunities
Comfortable working independently and as part of a cross-functional team
Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and follow-through
