Responsibilities

Empowerment & Personal Care: Providing respectful, hands-on assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), such as personal hygiene, grooming, and mealtime support

Behavioral Support & Advocacy: Serving as a compassionate partner, providing positive behavioral support, following person-centered support plans, and assisting with de-escalation

Community & Integration: Being a bridge to the community. You'll support individuals with their goals, from transportation to appointments and hobbies to helping them thrive in community-based jobs

Health & Wellness: Supporting health and wellness by administering medications, assisting with mobility, and preparing nutritious meals

Qualification

Required

A compassionate, patient, and encouraging attitude

18 years old or older

A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and valid auto insurance

A High School Diploma or GED

Ability to pass a background check

Preferred

Experience as a Direct Support Professional (DSP), Personal Care Aide (PCA), Home Health Aide (HHA), or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is a major plus

Experience supporting individuals with IDD, autism, or behavioral support needs is highly valued
