Trial and arbitration preparation and attendance
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 8 years' experience in Employment Law
Admitted to the California Bar
Exceptional legal writing skills
Exceptional communication skills
Vibrant interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a team environment
Ability to manage multiple clients
Ability to meet litigation deadlines
Ability to effectively handle competing priorities
Preferred
5-7 years of substantive experience in employment law
Experience in supervising junior attorneys
