Responsibilities
Support customers and representatives with sales quotes via telephone or email
Act as primary point of contact for all service and installation technical questions
Provide product training to our customers and representatives during Armstrong in-house training sessions or onsite sales calls
Design applications to customers specific needs
Communicate special customer requirements to production and track the order to ensure these requirements are met
Participate with New Product Development Team during all phases of new product development process
Verify that correct documentation for each product is supplied at time of order from our customers
Maintain quote/customer data base for internal use and statistical analysis
Qualification
Required
Excellent written and oral communication at all levels of business
Technical problem solver (Steam experience a plus)
Effective and professional presentation skills for small seminar and training groups
Ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner
Capable of prioritizing and meeting deadlines
Ability to forge strong, long-lasting relationships with our customers and representatives
Basic computer knowledge – MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and Adobe
Education Level: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
Experience Level: 1-2 years
Preferred
Experience in analyzing statistical data
