Responsibilities
Strong understanding of hot water system design, thermal utilities, and heat transfer principles, including experience with water heaters, heat exchangers, and system controls
Skilled in evaluating customer specifications and applying appropriate system solutions in industrial, commercial, or institutional settings
Demonstrated ability to diagnose system inefficiencies or performance issues and recommend engineered solutions
Capable of managing multiple application requests and providing technical support throughout the sales and project lifecycle
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interface with customers, sales teams, and cross-functional engineering departments
Familiarity with design and modeling tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar), as well as Microsoft Office; experience with thermal modeling or selection tools is a plus
Willingness to learn or train in the position
Must have the physical and mental stamina to stand, walk, lift, and adjust to the noise and lighting of the manufacturing environment

Excellent written and oral communication at all levels of business
Technical problem solver (Steam experience a plus)
Effective and professional presentation skills for small seminar and training groups
Ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner
Capable of prioritizing and meeting deadlines
Ability to forge strong, long-lasting relationships with our customers and representatives
Basic computer knowledge – MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and Adobe
Experience in analyzing statistical data preferred
