The Club Crew is vital to the day-to-day operation, responsible for maintaining the presentation, cleanliness, and overall aesthetic of the club, ensuring a high-quality experience for members and guests.

Responsibilities

Housekeeping duties, laundry, including changing and arranging the towels, restocking bathroom supplies, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming, dusting, mopping the floor, taking out trash, etc

Turnover of each service and space of the club between customer use

General upkeep of practitioner’s space and tools

Complete all opening, mid shift, and closing Club Crew checklist items

Report and return any guest properties found in the rooms while rendering service

Report cases of property damage in commercial spaces to the supervisor

Clean, disinfect and store all cleaning equipment at the end of the shift

Ensure the club is kept in pristine condition

Assisting in the setup of water, towels, etc. for club services

Responsible for routine deep cleaning of specified club areas
