They are seeking an experienced Roadway Design Project Manager to lead high-impact transportation projects, manage client relationships, and mentor junior engineers.

Responsibilities

Manage roadway design projects, including highways, arterials, intersections, and interchanges

Oversee project budgets, schedules, scopes, and deliverables

Ensure compliance with NCDOT and FHWA standards

Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as primary point of contact

Lead proposal development and contribute to business development activities

Mentor and train junior engineering staff

Utilize design software such as MicroStation, GeoPak, and Open Roads
